La Casita

The "Casita" is the original farm house at Finca la Querencia. It has been rebuilt and updated, yet still retains its original Tico charm. Because it is the original house, the Casita enjoys a protected spot with a great view out over the gardens and pastures and the jungle canopy rising up the cliff edge beyond. The Casita has a large kitchen/living room, a large bedroom, a bathroom with shower, solar hot water. Renters have access to many of the farms shared facilities, including a swimming pond, huge organic garden, community area with a large table and fireplace, clay pizza oven and grill area, and more. The Casita is available starting January 1, 2021. It rents for US$400 per month with a 1 month minimum. Electricity, water, and internet are included. Local or long term discounts available, inquire.
